August 13, 2012 - Tasting profile of a traditional cab. Reminds me of Stags Leap Fay. Fairly strong tannins and some heat on the finish. Day 2 and the wine had worsened, maybe an off bottle? Hard to believe it wouldn’t improve overnight.
