June 6, 2021 - 中金黄色的酒体，刚开瓶有明显的还原味和酒泥接触的味道，闻香是椴树花，青草，奶油的香气，很鲜的感觉，入口酸度明亮，咸鲜口感，成熟的杏和油桃一类果香，有辛辣感，收口圆润，橡木桶影响明显，强烈回甘，非常甜美，酒液丝滑，奶香，余味有细腻青草气息，刚开瓶还没有达到最佳状态已经非常好喝，醒酒时间长一点应该更好。很棒的成熟度和平衡感。给人优雅细腻的感觉。用桶和酒的质感又如勃艮第般精致细腻。

October 19, 2007 - Wow what an experience. This had an expression that we can't remember in a Sauvignon Blanc. Creamy, rich, soft and full bodied with a wonderful balance between fruit and acidity. This is truly a unique wine.
