May 6, 2016 - Sou fã dos vinhos do sul da França, frequentemente com toques picantes e achocolatados, e este, um grande tinto da Provence, fez jus! Corte de 90%+ Mourvèdre, o restante Grenache. Aos 9 anos já agradou bastante, mas ficou claro que ainda ganhará com mais guarda! Um vinho encorpado e estruturado, com taninos empoeirados, aromas e sabores intensos que remetem a groselha, ameixas em compota, ervas finas, tendo um belo toque terroso, achocolatado e apimentado. Com um longo final.

September 1, 2014 - Lovely wine. Bandol is one of my favorites. Dark, nearly opaque, bright red color. Nose of spice, leather, dark cherry. Not powerful. Very complex taste. Plum, dark cherry, cedar box, bright tart acidity. More Bordeaux like complexity then Monastral from Spain. Medium to heavy mouth feel. Very smooth, extended finish, balanced, with strong fruit and a gripping acidity, nicely structure. Nice to drink by itself but better, softer with food.
