September 18, 2022 - Buried in the depth of the cellar, we opened it without too much hope. It was shining tonight. Cassis, amazingly gripping tannins, long, satisfying aftertaste. Last bottle but what a wonderful surprise!
May 2, 2021 - Drank nicely for my pallette. Love smooth balanced aged cabernet. This is probably slightly over the hill though and corks should pop soon if you have one.
September 16, 2018 - Nice. At it’s peak.
February 10, 2015 - very dark and murky. NIce fresh, dark fruit. Strong and tannic.
October 9, 2014 - Im hoping it's an anomaly but this was disjointed after opening, and got worse with air time. After two hours, the fruit was gone replaced with oak and rough tannins. It was not enjoyable and I liked the previous bottles from the same vintage.
July 14, 2014 - Decent Cab, but didn't live up to my expectations. Have had Landslides in the past that were outstanding. Has improved over the past year or so, perhaps will continue to do so with more time. PJP 2014.
May 5, 2014 - Bottle was better than then 07, not as good as the 06. Lively tannins, some spice, good structure and more oak the other years. Not the best bang for the buck.
March 22, 2014 - I always find this wine to be fairly consistant. It has the characteristics of Alexander Valley cabs and opens up nicely after it has had time to breath a while.
March 8, 2013 - Nasty
January 28, 2013 - Open wine & let breathe an hour before drinking. Moderate tannins and smooth finish. I will drink again.
