May 29, 2023 - Aged in cellar since 2014. Decanted for several hours. Still drinking well. With aging, more bold though still fruity.
February 2, 2020 - Pop and pour from magnum. Fruity, juicy Grenache blend drinking great.
November 2, 2019 - Big and highly extracted. Blackberries, smoke and some oak. Big rich chewy fruit with a touch of heat on the back end.
October 8, 2019 - Pop and pour. Rich and round Grenache-dominant Rhone blend, still going strong with tasty red and black fruit, firm tannins, light acid. Drink now.
March 3, 2019 - A little herby, medium bodied, nice and cool in the mouth. I don’t receive complexity . This was the best Sanguis I’ve had.
November 17, 2017 - So much fun! Popped and poured my last bottle of this. Nose of kettle corn! Full, round body with a hint of citrus. Very enjoyable and probably ready to drink up.
November 2, 2017 - This bottle showed thick dark chocolate, less fruity than the others. Possible oxidation? Still nice.
September 30, 2017 - Fun and delicious. I don't know what's up with the guy who keeps giving this ratings in the 70s and low 80s but feel free to send me any more bottles you have. Held up over two days but I'd drink these now.
July 15, 2017 - Round, robust, easy-drinking Grenache-based blend. Drink up.
February 18, 2016 - Give her air and then let her run with the wind. Needs 4 + hrs before the layers unfold. Depth of fruit concealed by the "lightness" of color. Very well made but very hard to coax from her shell.
