    November 28, 2020 - Color: garnet
    Nose: red fruit, bacon
Taste: plum, stewed prune, smoke, vanilla
Thus is very fruit forward with a blast of sweet, jammy red fruit easing into menthol, bacon with a vanilla finish.
A bit too sweet and fruit forward for me - still chugging along fine at 11.

May 6, 2018 - Not much flavor left in this bottle. Smooth but fruit has faded.

October 1, 2017 - Great Syrah for the money

Sorry this is my last bottle

Gave this a 45 minute decant
Smooth bold flavors of blueberry, vanilla, spice and tar. Great QPR and in a good place now

Enjoyable by itself or with bolder food. Had this with marinated sirloin tips - nice combo

(Eight Bells Winery Syrah Yakima Valley) A moderately aromatic wine with vanilla, wild blueberries, mineral and red fruit. The palate has sweet, luscious, plush fruit flavors accented by chocolate. Again, high on the delicious scale. 85% Syrah (Red Willow) and 15% Grenache (Red Mountain). 14.7% alcohol. 200 cases produced.
