October 17, 2016 - At or near it's peak, should hold up well for another year or so.

February 7, 2015 - - Brick color with slow forming legs. It's in total harmony with a full body. Silky texture with a long finish - A meaty Pinot. Bags of dark fruit, medium strong alcohol with great length. Peppery aftertaste which is unusual for this varietal, and an intensity that makes it stand out from its European relatives. A good buy at the price!

November 25, 2014 - Silky body, went well with balsamic-pomegranate glazed salmon. Well made and pretty. Finish is medium in length. Nothing to sit and ponder over, but a nice wine. Honestly probably not worth the price for me.

February 6, 2014 - Very drinkable with a light smoky flavor. Paired with smoked duck udon (winery Chef's recipe).

August 31, 2013 - The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Cherry, and Oak. It tastes like Cherry, Black Pepper, and Alcohol/Hot. The body is Light. The wine has Polished texture. The wine finishes Medium. Let this Pinot open up a little bit and you'll appreciate the difference.

November 3, 2012 - Restrained and balanced. Reminds me of Calera Mt. Harlan, at a much higher price point.
