April 3, 2020 - Dommage notes de dégustation égarées. Vin dégusté en mettant en parallele deux millésimes 2008 et 2015 afin d'évaluer les effets d'une garde de 7 ans de plus.
D'emblé, cette cuvée de Barolo est, peut importe l'âge, plus accessible que la majorité des Barolos.
Dans le verre, ce 2008 présentait une teinte tirant légèrement plus vers le brique que le 2015. De base rouge de falun assez dense.
Au nez, cerise, cacao.
En bouche, belle tenue, tanins souples, acidité rafraichissante, fruit mi-surette, cerise, persistance moyenne. Belle fenêtre de dégustation. Très bon rapport Q-P. -
