December 30, 2022 - Such a pretty wine. Elegant and refined with nothing out of balance. At once both powerful and delicate. Still shows plenty of fruit notes with nice accents of toast to round it out. Worth the price. Should have purchased more than I did.

November 8, 2020 - A really nice sparkling wine. A mix of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Great bubbles that linger. Apple, apricot, some nuttiness, brioche on the nose. Lemon, apple, apricot, almonds, a touch of brioche. Good acidity and a medium finish. Discorged 10/21/2015.

September 3, 2020 - Delightful sparkling on any day or for any celebrations. Aromas of nectarine, peach with the smoothest splash of any sparkling you can have. The bubbles come out like a tornado in the glass chute and each sip leads to a wonderful finish. One of the best sparkling wines I’ve had.

February 27, 2020 - On the fuller bodied sweeter side...not sweet but not crisp. Fairly simple and tasty, just not that interesting. Had with sushi, worked well!

December 22, 2019 - Our last bottle and at close to 15 years old, better than all the others consumed. Bone dry, citrusy with a mild yeastiness. Very balanced with a long complex finish.Started off with it before dinner and will finish with a roast chicken, potato latkas and a melange of carrots and green beans roasted in a baste of vanilla-maple syrup, orange champagne vinegar and avocado oil.

November 30, 2019 - Had with cheese and fruit for Thanksgiving day lunch. Consistent with previous notes, this bottle was really beautiful.

February 15, 2019 - Everything I said about the previously consumed bottle plus an upgrade. The best non Champagne sparkling wine I ever had!

December 25, 2018 - Golden color, served cold so difficult to discern nose, but definitely picked up some citrus notes, nice crisp taste with flavors of apple, pears, with some subtle lemon citrus notes. This was rather sweet, but had a moderate amount of acid. As it sat in the glass herbal/grass flavors started to emerge, was very nice and paired well with a wide range of food, most notably raspberries, but also including Brussel sprouts, Mahone cheese and blackberries. This was very nice.
