Lots of steely minerality and pinot bitterness, the fruit was a little overwhelmed but pleasant enough as a light by-the-glass apéritif house champers.
More bottle age needed? 88?+

June 16, 2018 - Lots of yeasty notes on the nose bridge with generous flavors of peaches, plums, white cherry, and yellow apple. A rich wine driven by fruit dominant flavors and a powerful apple lemon finish.

January 29, 2018 - Almost colourless. Quite a toasty nose, some sweetish lemon, rather floral and musky. Fairly generous taste, lots of apple and honeycomb. Crisp, youthful, good fruit for the acidity. Moderate value. [Composite cork + cage; 12% abv; Beerhive (Edinburgh), £30].
January 1, 2018 - Better than the 3 of the 6 we had on NYE but not my style as it lacks balance. A little acidic and mineral driven but lacks fruit.
October 15, 2017 - Showing, positively, a bit fat, a lovely acidity and an elegant balance.
This is a champagne for everybody including the serious amateur.
August 26, 2017 - As usual very reliable; pure, fresh, some ripeness and a good balance.
