  September 12, 2014 - Second bottle even better months later. Cherry and plum notes, smooth and sweet with just a hint of a bite. Deep red color. Excellent legs. Ages well. Will seek out again.

  January 26, 2014 - Strong alcohol nose but classic cherry taste expected from a Montepulciano grape. Slight bite on the front with complex flavors. Excellent with pasta.

  January 20, 2014 - Medium scarlet colored, clear. light smoky cranberry aromas, but on palate appears very watered down with a slight metallic finish. Opened primarily to make a Bolognese; hope it doesn't ruin the sauce.

  January 18, 2014 - Deep red smooth aroma. Some tanins in the nose. A bit dry but not too much. Spice after tastr. Good to drink alone excellent to use with red meats.
