December 12, 2020 - I've had trouble with Andrew Will corks for years so I opened with a prong opener. Pours a deep ruby. A gorgeous wine. Looks fresh, no tawny edges. On the nose red fruits dried figs and a some floral, herbal notes. On the palate the silky taste of dark red fruit, chocolate and tannin. Very good and can age further. The edges of this wine sparkle under light. I bought a case of this ten years ago. Glad I did.

January 19, 2020 - Cloudy, but seemed fine... Great fruit, lightish tannin, good.

September 9, 2019 - A complex earthy leafy spicy nose rooted in currant and plum notes, adding leather and gravel and blackberry fruit in the mouth. Surprisingly juicy through the finish. Probably drinking at or near peak, but 5 to 10 years before getting old. A treat.
