July 24, 2023 - Boston Wine & Poker, Lincoln, Mass.: Foreground of oxidation, and a background of tangy acidity. Flavor of apple cider. The oxidation wasn't altogether unpleasant but still seemed like a bug rather a feature.

June 2, 2023 - Sushi Dinner at Hatsu (Hatsu): This seems premox, nutty, brioche with lovely acid.

August 17, 2019 - Meursault Perrieres blind tasting 1988-2011: Pop corn hers, lots of green aspargus, also a bit out of character for a Meursault. Good acidity on the palate not not very typical.

September 24, 2018 - At dinner with wife and mother in law. MRBUZZ pretty much has it nailed. My only concern 2 years on is that it may be approaching its peak. It did take time to open but while moving toward a real beauty it seemed to fall short on the finish.

April 30, 2017 - SLDS @ GC: Blind. Slate, lemon, spice, lime and vanilla. Quite full on the palate, this has really bright acidity and depth of flavour. Developing really well.

February 15, 2017 - SLDS February 2017: Blind. Grass, lime, vanilla and graphite. The palate shows delicate fruit, with lovely acidity that zings through the great length. Really fine detail and very youthful. Really good stuff.

August 18, 2016 - Ripe and slightly volatile. Oak is still sticking out a little. Nice drink but nothing like the Boyer-Martenot recently which was absolutely stunning.

June 6, 2016 - First smell...knew it was going to be outstanding! Brilliant yellow green metallic color....nose of crushed stones, lemon squeeze, sea air, baked bread, slight flint strike. Bright and dancing with crazy energy....lemon, grapefruit, peach, green apple fruit.....more on the underripe side....zesty citrus acidity...the KILLER crushed rocks minerality Les Perrieres.....gets a little rounder and richer with some air.....bread doughness, white flower florals, chalky flint, green apple drizzled with honey. Pulled the cork and let sit in fridge for 30mins...at first it was a little shy...but air has really opened it.....just love the 04 energy in this! Fantastic bottle!

March 5, 2016 - Pristine. Pale green color reminiscent of Chablis. Nervy, structured, classic Perrieres. Room for further development
