  July 5, 2020 - Ready to drink now. Pleasent blend on a sunny afternoon. Nose of cherry with lots of tannins. It would pair nicely with seasoned steaks.

  December 10, 2017 - Wow! This was the hit for more than half the folks at a blind tasting of six premium Merlots. At this price it held its own and surpassed several other offerings closing in on $100/btl. Rob created a beauty in this vintage. Terrific balance and complexity. Well done.

  September 6, 2017 - Spice, black fruit, cinnamon, and eucalyptus on the nose. Palate is balanced with a nice bracing acidity under the tannins. Lots of espresso, cocoa, and sweet port-like qualities. Very long finish. A fantastic souvenir of my trip to Canada's Okanagan.

  January 21, 2017 - Purple/red in colour. Aromas of red berries, spices .... deep. Overall medium bodied, nice balance, bit of greenness on the flavours. Plums and berries, faint chocolate. A bit of creaminess and richness. Drying soft/velvety tannins. Good overall balance. Bit of tea-like bitterness on the finish. Blend of merlot and cab franc.
