  August 16, 2017 - A full year later, and it's still going strong. Great acidity, and serious finish.Patience and temperature are key here. Don't be tempted to open up any of these vintages before five years of cellaring (if, of course, you have one). Like its Loire counterpart, it needs time to evolve.

  July 28, 2016 - After a couple of years of cellaring, this wine has greatly improved, its acids having mellowed, but are still piercing through, giving the wine its backbone. Nose of apples, sweet melon, faint hint of honey. Same palate, some animalistic tones toward the quite long finish. Don't drink too young, serve cold - temperature matters greatly with this wine.
