October 25, 2012 - let breath for an hour and was amazing. Drank with duck. Friend who is not exactly a wino took a sip, double taked, then said "wow." I am not sure that it needed the breathing time, but it didn't die out, so wouldn't hurt either way. Excited that I have several more bottles.

February 11, 2012 - Outstanding! Bordeaux-styled blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec. Dark red-purple color. Spicy black cherry aromas. Full-bodied palate with blackberries, black pepper, tobacco, and oak . Smooth medium-long finish. Excellent QPR already – and this should continue to improve slightly over the short-term. A perfect example why Woodinville Wine Cellars has proven itself to be a great, and largely underappreciated, producer.
