Community Tasting Notes 2

March 4, 2020 - Following on previous notes, I find that additional years of age have smoothed out the few rough edges in the flavor profile. The color still shows no yellowing or browning and their is still excellent blueberry and black currant nose and flavor. Great stuff!

September 27, 2013 - Full bodied, intense flavor with dark inky color in the bottle and in the glass. Initial black currant and leather aroma leading to currant, blackberry and dark chocolate on the palate. Well integrated oak with full tannin, but nicely balanced. This vintage was very young but promising when first released in 2011, but the additional years of maturity have produced a gem.
