December 16, 2022 - Definitely on the lush side, but not as bad as the 2011, for example. The dark cherry and blackberry are accompanied by some crisper blackcurrant, but not quite enough and there is a definite wave of kirsch flavours. Hopefully this will die down with a few more years in the cellar.
July 15, 2020 - The tannins have died down but at the moment this is a little too lush. It is however gaining in typicity with some faint chalky tones refreshing the slightly syrupy fruit. Fingers crossed.

December 10, 2017 - Après 4 ans en cave, je décide d'ouvrir ma dernière bouteille. Un cabernet Franc typique, très végétal sur des notes de poivron vert, céleri suivi d'une touche épicé/poivré. Encore plutôt tannique et l'alcool se fait ressentir. Un vin au gout très prononcé et un superbe accord avec le magret de canard au canneberge. Cependant, un manque d'équilibre l'empêche d'être excellent.

September 2, 2016 - Cls de l'Echo has been a favourite, but no longer. This was just too extracted. Very fruity, but of the rustique type. Seems like they try a modern twist here? The aromas were nice, though.

March 11, 2016 - Meaty and concentrated to the nose. Damn this palate is smokingly good. Red berry fruit, just a little pepperiness underneath a ripe fruit expression. Medium fine-grained tannin. Dark berry fruit and licorice to the palate.
July 20, 2015 - White pepper, violets, summer fruit on nose. Smooth, peppery, tannic, best years ahead but lively cab frank.
