January 16, 2019 - Wow! Just popped and poured......and tasted. A big ass tempranillo with huge fruit and plenty of acid to make for smooth ride in the mouth. Tannins are nicely resolved. Can't wait to try over the next couple of hours and tomorrow. This is a big surprise--was worried I had waited too long. Wish i had bought more! Perfect drinking window!

May 13, 2010 - Spanish Wine Tasting (Binny's South Loop - Chicago, IL): Really nice. Plummy and opulent. Great extracted and earth driven profile. One of the highlights of the tasting.

February 14, 2010 - Decanted for a couple of hours before beign served with prime filets. Notes of blackberry, raspberry liqueur and oaky spices. Huge fruit on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and flavors of black cherry, blackberry and raspberry, with spice and floral notes on the finish. Hold this a while yet, and drink from 2015+.
