March 10, 2023 - Nose: Light apple, bread, mineral.

Palate: Soft and sligthly sweet entry, nice round fruit on the mid-palate. Quite dry finish with a apple and lemon.

July 5, 2018 - Golden. Nose: Sweet fruit. Apricots and vanilla. Perhaps a bit of butter. Mouth: Bit on the sweeter side of dry. Smooth and easy drinking stuff. Pleasant bubbles. One of the better cremants I've had.

June 30, 2017 - From a half bottle. Good nose of some melon and pineapple. Medium bodied, dry and fruity, showing rather vibrant yellow fruit, pineapple in the fore. Firm acidity and nice bubbles/mousse. Good chard typicity. Very drinkable.

    October 15, 2016 - From split.

Lovely nose that is generous right from the start. Boiled pasta, conference pear, honey water, sweet liquorice, white roses and sea water. Palate is dry with round acid and silky touch. Pear sorbet, honey melon, grapefruit and spicy chili liquorice.

Overall a solid sparkling that should rival the low level champagnes with ease.

September 29, 2016 - Sharp acidity, medium levels of bubbles (feels a bit flat), grey pears and lemon. Better taste than smell. Good wine! Best cremant from Alsace I have tasted so far. Will buy this again

February 15, 2015 - Pale yellow-green color. Somewhat green-tinted nose with fresh aromas of herbs, green apples, apple peel, some autolytic toast and a little cow parsley. Ripe and somewhat rich on the palate with flavors of yellow apple, some vegetal greenness, a little apple peel bitterness, a hint of autolytic toast and a touch of minerality. High in acidity with a soft, creamy and persistent mousse. Refreshing, quite acid-driven and somewhat green finish with some bitter herbal character, fresh apple flavors and some apple peel hints.

A good and balanced Crémant with some autolytic toast but definitely more of that apple-driven fruit. Not the most distinctive Crémant d'Alsace by any means, but perhaps a bit more serious and structured than your average Crémant. Probably because this wine is a varietal Chardonnay wine, whereas most Alsatian Crémants have a noticeable portion of Pinot Blanc - or then they are fully varietal Pinot Blanc wines. It's also nice that this wine is made from organic grapes. Quite worth the price at approx. 16,5€.
