January 30, 2021 - Drank 06,07 and 08 over the last 3 months. Decanted for an hour. Fine sediment. More complete wine of three vintages. Only one I’d go several more years with (have one left of each).

November 8, 2020 - Upon uncorking there was not much nose, a hint of oxidation. Color was deep dark purple/brick red. After breathing for about an hour it began to open up. Oxidation on nose was gone, now some very dark fruit with a hint of cola and oak. Was very very nice.

July 31, 2020 - Perfect window. Plum and black cherry on the palate. Excellent.

May 28, 2020 - This was a beautiful wine, almost fully matured and quite elegant - like a (slightly fruitier) high-end N. Rhone. Sad to see the last of this vintage gone.
