October 2, 2022 - Opened very balanced. But of a peppery taste. Finished with cherry.

April 11, 2020 - Delightful to drink, as always. Still delicious at 12 years, though most of the tannins have gone.

March 11, 2018 - Saw a note from ‘15 this was on the downside, but in ‘18 I thought it still had some life. Probably in its window so I’d drink soon. Certainly well integrated and mellowed. Easy to drink Considering 14.2, no alcohol bite. No legs and very opaque dark red color. Not a much to the nose either. But dried black cherries, anise, a little jammy. Nice lingering finish. I opened wondering if I’d have to open a something else, but it was a pleasant surprise.
