September 7, 2023 - Degustato direttamente ad Avize in cantina dal produttore (Nina) nel pomeriggio.
Ottimo Chardonnay 100% da bere tutti i giorni con un rapporto qualità / prezzo notevole. Comprate 4 bottiglie da aggiungere all’ultima millesimato 2016 rimasta in casa.
Delicato, intenso e fresco. Morbido e con discreta struttura. Minerale, agrumato con note floreali. -

September 17, 2022 - Herve Dubois är ett säkert kort. Jästig doft med lite citrus och gröna äpplen. Små fina bubblor och väldigt lättklunkad.
