May 20, 2023 - Wow! Gave this two hours in the duck, then back in the bottle to the restaurant. Silky smooth, almost lush. Excellent fruits, integrated tannins, great balance...it all comes together here. One note of importance, the sediment is very small, so caution is needed in the decant as there was about two tablespoons of sediment there. Very much enjoyed this.

December 18, 2020 - Very disappointed - decanted ~45 minutes before the first glass, which was all tannins and chalk. Softened over the next 2-3 hours, but never tasted any fruit, very little body and the legs were non-existent. Maybe the bottle was flawed.

    June 19, 2020 - Pnp. From memory.

Generous, fruity and sweet on the palate with a present heady touch. Maybe reminds me of Madeira? Some fresh provence herbs and wine gums. More on the softer and leaner side rather than spicy and "darker" that I would suspect.

Good maturity on the palate with a creamy, slushy, zingy acid that hits your palate in a very compelling way. Yes it's heady and sweet but never clumsy or cheap. Lots of lavendel, orange zest, candied strawberries and provence herbs.

Ready to drink now but can for sure be left for some additional years. Demands a food-match!

November 16, 2019 - Stunning nose on this wine. Drinking very well right now - I did a double decant for sediment and let it air in the bottle for 3 hours before drinking. Really beautiful ripe red berries, dark berries, and hints of garrigue and licorice. Supple and silky. Everyone loved this wine tonight. Will be even better in a few years.
