July 28, 2017 - Screwcap. Drunk out of the Riedel Chardonnay glass. Deep yellow and crystal clear. A really top notch bouquet strong in matchstick, funk, white peach. Gloriously Burgundian even. Now this is what we are talking about. At once light in the mouth but paradoxically with good weight, clean line. Just a hint of citrus (thank god, I can't stand grapefruit in my chardonnay, In fact I hate the fruit) like lemon rind. All the components are in balance and there is enough acidity here to keep the mouth refreshed. Long finish with very slight bitterness on the back palate. This is a food wine. I think it is at it's peak but will hold for 5. The fruit and complexity is growing as it stands so consider decanting. This is very good, modern, clean but medium bodied Australian chardonnay. No leanness or underripe picking to wow the trendy sommelier with how Chablis like it is.

December 19, 2015 - Lovely smooth - velvety - mouth feel. Stunning bouquet of tropical fruits. Drinking superbly. Could go longer but why bother.

May 28, 2015 - Very clean color almost clear. Good nose, youthful. Taste again in 3-5 years.
