  February 2, 2019 - 2 hour decant. Solid Barossa Shiraz driven wine, with nice fragrance coming from the Mataro. I’d say this is slightly over extracted, it was a hot year though to be fair. It’s holding well together now however in its peak now, it won’t improve. Drink over the next few years.

  January 8, 2018 - Nice big Barossa style. Drinking great at this age. Went well with smoked porterhouse

  February 26, 2016 - Decanted for an hour or so before first taste. Deep dense dark. Only youthful and just moving in to secondary characteristics with a nice amount of spice. Very full bodied with only a very slight lift towards the back. Smooth but still with grippy tannins and acid. Everything a big Aussie Shiraz should be with a bit of extra character. Can certainly improve at least a little further.
