November 23, 2012 - Some great wines over Thanksgiving (Kapcsandy, Saxum, Pott, Huet, Autard); 11/21/2012-11/25/2012: From a .375. Golden/silvery in color. The nose is mineral driven but also some lime notes. Maybe some copper as well. On the palate, this is crisp and clean. Nice acidity. Has a larger texture than expected for such a crisp wine. Went great with the opening salad. I love these wines young and old.
