I was concernedI might have waited too long to open one( ok I will admit I did not have a good way to organize my collection, so I almost ruined a few!) .Had friends over , we all liked it . Thanks to cellar tracker I now know if and what in my cellar I need to drink now!

May 15, 2015 - Un classique du répertoire Californie lorsqu'on a le goût d’un chardonnay beurré mais juste ce qu’il faut. Un vin d’une couleur d’un beau jaune doré avec des parfums qui s’ouvrent sur des notes de vanille, de beurre, de bois et de fruits. Un chardonnay sec à l’acidité discrète et des saveurs aguichantes de vanille et poire caramélisées. La texture est grasse et soyeuse, on a l’impression de savourer le soleil de la côte ouest en finale!

November 13, 2014 - Drank with dinner of chicken scapolini at Palazzos. Solid gold in the glass, mild nose but powerful flavors of apple, toffee and caramel. Really nice long finish. Would definitely buy again.
