  January 18, 2014 - I was expecting more from my past experience with Napa Cellars wine, but still nice and enjoyable drinker. The wine color was a rosy maroon of medium body. He nose was and earthy but fruity nose with a touch of oak. The flavor was surprisingly big for the appearance with oak and slightly tart berries with a nice spicy and peppery tang followed by a light but long tannic finish. I enjoyed the wine but will save $3-5 and buy several $10-12 wines I judge to be equal or better, e.g., Bogle OVZ.
