  May 29, 2009 - Still drinking well, but this bottle wasn't nearly as impressive as the one I had last summer. The fruit is more restrained. There was a long interesting finish of rosemary, freshly cut mint, and black pepper that unfortunately faded away after something like 30 minutes. This is becoming an elegant, classy wine rather than a stunner. I'd say drink soon.

  April 19, 2009 - Started with a bit of a spritz. But blew off with air, brambly and voluptuous. Still drinking great... crams great flavor into every corner. But never gets out over its skis

  September 13, 2008 - This zin is still drinking great with many years left. Huge, broad aromatics and nice spice/fruit combination on the palate. I personally like the 2003 better because it is more integrated, silkier, and less aggressive.
