September 24, 2012 - Discovering Wine: Scents of faint apple, along with tastes of green apple and hints of citrus sums up the main theme of the Domaine des Cassagnoles Cotes du Gascogne. The wine has a pale straw hue and a light to medium body. The finish was short with green apple. The wine is a blend of 50% Colombard, 40% Ugni Blanc, and 10% Gros Manseng.

July 30, 2012 - Light floral nose. Waxy texture, minerals dominate over acids, acids well balanced though. Great pairing with spiceful Indian. Good qpr.

May 25, 2012 - Still one of the finest white wines for this price available. Nose explodes with tropical fruit. Palate is really dominated by grapefruit juice character.
