Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Hammered72 Likes this wine:

September 5, 2023 - 11 years in my cellar and this bottle was drinking beautifully. Glad I opened it and consumed with some beef bourguignon. Chocolate, earthy dark fruit decent acidity. Very pleasant. Wouldn’t of lasted another 5 yrs probably.

November 18, 2013 - Starting to get tired. Would recommend drinking in the next year so soon after

December 4, 2009 - Drinking great right now. Lots of big Napa fruit after a few minutes opening up in the glass. Meaty black cherries on the front, cocoa powder tannins at the end.
