May 5, 2015 - Nice pleasant nose. Palate is fresh and clean. A nice Cabernet that has aged well. Definitely pleasureable.

June 24, 2012 - Drank from a 3L bottle I have stored since purchase. This wine held very well in this format. I noticed the last notes were from a few years ago. But this was not over the hill at all. It was just in its window. Blackberry, currant, tobacco, and coffee notes. The color was a nice ruby and garnet, with slight bricking. The finish was smooth, but not long, It had lost some of the body of its youth. I have to say I am glad I held this as long as I did. Other than taking up space, it was rewarding.

August 26, 2009 - I put away a couple of these just for fun & never even logged them into CT. This has a tremendous nose of dense rich cabernet, some toasty oak, as well as that South American version of garrigue. Medium to full bodied, with really nice acidity to hold it up and some fine tannin still present. The finish is nice, somewhat short, and has a touch of bitterness at the very end. Overall this wine has aged very well, and is reminiscent of an aged unclassified Bordeaux wine.
