October 22, 2011 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Tasted double blind. Ripe and intense black fruit with lots of super intense spice. Same black fruit on palate with big intensity. Borderline overripe, but this has enough structure and acidity that the wine comes across as concentrated. I guess this is something quite new, certainly quite interesting.
