April 24, 2021 - Very good! Definitely has many more years to go in fact.

March 10, 2019 - Wow! The 2010 Yarra Yering Shiraz Underhill is phenomenal. I would not have placed this as a Syrah though; it tastes much more like a Washington cabernet. Bramble fruit, juicy red cherries, tree bark, and grilled meat. Firm tannins support a long and enjoyable finish. This should continue to drink well for another decade or more.

    February 28, 2019 - smooth throughout

May 19, 2018 - Served blind; Most of the blind guesses on this one centered around New World grenache, which made sense as there's a concentrated core of sweet cherries, berries and baking spices; The tannins on the back-end are still fairly firm, suggesting this still has years to go where it could develop more tertiary notes and complexity

May 7, 2017 - Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sweet corn, underbrush earth, black pepper, black cherries, blackberries, meat and minty eucalyptus with more air. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), smooth medium tannins, full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of black cherries, blackberries, sweet blueberries, underbrush earth, sweet savoury meat, minty eucalyptus. Long finish.
Very good quality. Smooth enjoyable New World. Better showing than the last bottle I had. But I would say still drink up within the next 1-2 years for best enjoyment.
