    March 25, 2016 - En livlig Crement godt produceret. Fin mousse med en flot svagt gylden vin. Duften er åben, frisk og elegant og byder som smagen a'la blomster og citrus. I munden er vinen livlig og let at drikke med en frisk og eftersmag.

    July 24, 2014 - Salty on the nose with some hazelnut, biscuits, quinine and crushed rocks. Fine bubbles, medium acid, some creaminess to the mouthfeel, stays lean and zippy though. Ruby red grapefruit and green apple mix with elements of cucumber water, minerals and limestone. Notes of graham cracker, vanilla and almond. Decent depth and length of finish, with elements of oyster shell. A blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.

    December 31, 2011 - Guest brought this for New Year's Eve, and it ended up she did not care for it. Medium bubbles. Aromas and flavors of baked apples with a touch of cinnamon. Modest in terms of acidity, so for a Brut did not pair as well as one would expect with stone crab claws. Perhaps drinks at its price point of around 19.
