November 22, 2013 - Grapefruit with a touch of minerality. Good acidity with a long finish.
September 3, 2013 - Constrained grapefruit and a hint of grassiness. Hint of pineapple. Excellent acidity.
August 6, 2013 - - Yellow color.
June 1, 2013 - Everything you might expect from a NZ SB but constrained and balanced. In case this is not clear, I do not particularly care for NZ SB but this style from SBC works for me.
January 12, 2013 - Lush grapefruit with a hint of lime and pineapple. Nice acidity and mouthfeel.
January 8, 2013 - Harsh grapefruit. Hints of tangerine and lime. Balanced acidity.
October 22, 2012 - Has all of the elements I would expect, just lacks the acidity and intensity of flavor that I would expect.
August 18, 2012 - Couldn't do any better with matching grilled chicken marinated with lime and cilantro. This wine has grapefruit and lime. Somewhat of a cross between a Cali and NZ style SB. Real refreshing on a warm summer day.
July 18, 2012 - Grapefruit in moderation, with some apple. Ripe lemon on the long finish.
May 17, 2012 - This wine needs a little while to open up. Once there it gets a little better but overall the after taste was not to my personal liking.
