May 8, 2023 - Touche d’oxydation, et c’est bien dommage car en bouche l’equilibre restait remarquable, avec une finale savoyarde (acidulée et pierreuse) intacte.

Teinte dorée et brillante, avec de l'éclat.
Nez très aromatique, complexe, patissier (flan) comme un chardo évolué, mais plus frais, exotique (ananas), floral, qq epices ... Même le nez scintille, quel relief!
En bouche, il attaque sur la rondeur, avec delicatesse et sans poids, la fraicheur intrinsèque l'allège, la sensation minérale, saline, acidulée, salivante, ne lui enlève rien de matière, il s'étire en bouche, prend la place sans s'imposer: j'adore cet equilibre, il y a du vin, mais sans concentration, donc sans fatiguer ou alourdir la bouche.
Après un 2013 bu il y a qq jours, ce 2010 est encore plus élégant, il y a une fluidité dans la richesse. Un grand vin de savoie "le Feu", qu'on se le dise...
November 28, 2020 - Found a bottle previously thought lost. Eight years later, and it's still bright and richly textured, with a brassy tone to the fruit I've found in other gringet. Not sure how much more this will develop, but probably not a bad idea to drink soon.
April 20, 2020 - Apple cider.
April 6, 2020 - The texture and acidity are still there, but the fruit sags and tastes oxidized.
May 24, 2017 - Crisp, clean. Some tropical elements but got some kerosene and other unusual notes
August 28, 2016 - Slightly oxidized. Showing it in both color and taste. Too bad!
May 31, 2016 - These wines need a LOT of ageing, I've decided.
February 16, 2016 - This really improved from the last tasting (3 years 1/2) ago : and this is fantastic.
The mandarin and white flower is there, but with everything turn up a notch.
Fabulous with Yuzukosho as usual with gringet ( like the Mont Blanc bottling for that matter)
