January 13, 2014 - Tart & slightly bitter was the first impression. Flavor was off. Not smooth. Ran it through an aerator. No change. I let it sit overnight and it helped slightly, but still not satisfactory. I have really liked wines from this producer, but this was not one of them. There is a chance this was just off, but it was not corked.
