January 5, 2015 - Appearance: Bright and clear, it has medium lemon-green color, with legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of green fruit such as gooseberry, herbaceous notes of grass, tropical fruit of guava, herbal notes of mint, dairy notes of yeast and butter, floral notes of elderflower. The wine is youthful.
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, the wine has medium (+) alcohol and medium (-) body, showing medium (+) intensity flavors of green fruit of gooseberry and grapefruit, stone fruit of apricot, dairy notes of butter and yeast, herbaceous notes of grass. The wine has a medium finish.
Conclusion: Good quality Alto Adige Sauvignon Blanc with a refreshing and nice nose, even though a bit weak on concentration, did show typical varietal characters of good complexity, the wine has an elegant structure, with nice intensity on the flavors. A bit too warming on the alcohol though, the wine has a fair length on the finish. Ready to drink now, the wine is not intended for further ageing.

October 10, 2012 - Awesome bouquet of grass and gooseberries. Very focused and as tooch mentioned it seemed more Loire than Alto Adige. Very good bottle which should hold for at least 5 years.

March 30, 2012 - @ Sergio's, so notes off the top of my head.
Blackcurrant leaf action surely on the nose but also delivering some welcomed other stuff as well. Lemon, yellow fruit and slight vegetal character, some spice.
Dry, crispy and mid-weight palate. Delightfully grainy structured and nuanced. Slight hints of salt liquorice, herbs and pepper. Long.
Cool stuff and a very elegant interpretation of the grape. Great with some black salsify risotto.

January 14, 2012 - Really interesting Sauv Blanc from the South Tirol in Italy. Grape typicity for sure, but with a twist of course. Had to some lobster and a green pea soup with scallop. Great!
