Community Tasting Notes 6

  • Thefatbastard Likes this wine:

  • Thefatbastard Likes this wine:

December 6, 2021 - This was ready to drink. Tannins were mild, not as fruit forward that I expected, more on the medium body. Not sure I'm going to add to my cellar at this time.

October 14, 2020 - Pleasant enough as an everyday wine, but nothing particularly memorable about it.

  • LaiJien Likes this wine: 90 points

September 16, 2020 - Medium garnet with tiny particles of sediment – red cherry, soy sauce, graphite, loam, black cherry, black plum, dark spices. Medium+ acid, medium+ chewy tannins, 13% ABV, medium body, medium intensity, medium finish with some bitterness. Drinking nicely now but can still age. Paired well with Hamburger Sausage Soup.
