November 28, 2022 - Absolutely crazy delicious, not showing much age either in my opinion, it's effortless and a little deeper than a younger chard, but still feels very "compact" and put-together. In a way it's exactly as you'd expect with lots of buttery toast, but there's tons of fruit there also, lemon curd, poached pear, plenty of acidity and a powdery sort of minerality. Gently weighty and viscous but also crisp and elegant. That buttery note is absolutely addictive and very serious. It's true that it buries the "detail" of the fruit a bit, and that it may lack of the unusual complexity of competing white burgundies, but it's still a very complete wine.

September 12, 2021 - From magnum, popped and poured. Still very young with lots of life ahead of it. Very much a Cali Chard, with buttery oak, apples, pears etc. Paired extremely well with a fully ripe Epoisse that loves to have chardonnay with it. If I had more, I wouldn't open it for another 5 years.

October 28, 2020 - First glass via Coravin seemed reasonable but rest on subsequent days were tired and too oxidised. Behind this plenty acidity, rich oatmeal and tropical fruits. But seems like drink up time.
BUT left in the fridge after the Coravins. Finished 5/12/20. Now really elegant, plenty of depth, clean, preserved lemons, and touch of bitters. But very pleasant. Go figure. -
