February 17, 2012 - PnP last night had a sip and re-sealed and left in fridge. Warmed up and tasted today.

Bright ros crimson color just like a burgundy should be. Earthy cherry pit aroma that is more elegant with the funk from last night having blown off somewhat. Light weight wih cherry skin and clery leaf tannin. Light bright cherry and pomagrante flavors. Short sharp finish with a touch of cherry pit. OK but for the money can do better from Oregon or NZ for pinot and Cru Beaujolais for gamay. Not sure that the sum is greater than the parts with passetoutgrains.
