March 4, 2013 - Good wine, still has some heat.
January 20, 2013 - dark black. quite a lot of fruit flavor here, big range. full bodied. however, it is slightly out of balance with the acidity. the tart cherry overpowered the other fruit flavor. I prefer the 2007. it was more hedonistic.
November 17, 2012 - Not as good as last time tried, a bit rougher.
August 7, 2012 - A little on the thick side, but delicious and flavorful. Very powerful petite sirah - still tasting it an hour after drinking it.
July 27, 2012 - A nose of dark fruit and spice, dark black in color. A full bodied PS, with blueberries, currants, chocolate and long finish, a solid Petite Sirah.
June 30, 2012 - Pop Rocks, Jolly Rancher Red Raspberry flavor with moderating drying tannins. Better on day two. Fair.
June 3, 2012 - Enjoyed a bit more than the February tasting; same overall impressions.
May 19, 2012 - Second Annual WLTV Forum Philly offline (Sonata Restaurant, Philadelphia): The palate and the nose both show dark fruit & dark chocolate. Medium tannins.
April 29, 2012 - Very enjoyable bottle with rounded tannins. Finished well. Aromas of plum, nutmeg & dark berries. Tastes of dark berries, vanilla, cocoa & plum.
February 28, 2012 - - It's balanced with a full body. Satin-Like texture with a long finish - K.P. again
