This is an excellent example of what a wurty is not supposed to taste like. Whatever these grapes did to deserve such terrible treatment at the hand of this winemaker, I shudder to think. Label touts Alsatian style...well, Trimbach has nothing to worry about any time soon.

Will not purchase Foris wines again any time soon. Tried Pinot Blanc last week...also underwhelming.

It is a good thing these are small production wines.

November 24, 2011 - Crisp, flavorful, just touch of sweetness, spice on finish. Paired nicely with Thanksgiving turkey. Nice wine.
