January 8, 2012 - Wow! What a surprise. Deep purple color, with strong fruity undertones aroma. Blackberry, redcurrent, fruity flavor with some earthy undertones on the long finish. Tannins low. Perfect balance. Smooth. Warm on the palate. Some coffee hints in the finish also. Definitely want more to let it age to perfection.
