July 15, 2021 - Garnet although still quite ruby. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark cherry, wild strawberry, violet, liquorice, smoke, forest floor, pepper. Developing. Dry palate, high acidity, medium fine tannins, medium alcohol, medium + body, really quite rich, pronounced flavours similar to the nose, medium + finish. Outstanding quality. Suitable for drinking now but can age further.

Very good quality. Suitable for drinking now but can age further. In fact, on the basis of this bottle, it has a lot more life ahead of it and is still quite early in its development. Certainly enjoy now and wait a few years for greater tertiary complexity.
