December 31, 2012 - Medium fine bubbles with a yellow gold color. Leads with sweet pear and mild toast on the nose. The good balance of sweet turns the toast into a smooth cream quality anchored by a mineral base. The pear continues through the medium finish (35 seconds). Crowd pleasing.
