February 29, 2024 - Excellent Cru Bourgeois. Is all there and in balance. Punches well above it's price point.

December 20, 2019 - great left bank, still strong aromas of oak&leather, soft tanins and dark red fruit; a steal at $12 from Costco

December 30, 2015 - Still very young, tight, tannic. For my taste, this should not be tasted again until 2019-20. Everything you want it there, just needs more bottle integration. This is a solidly made, delicious wine. The tannic level is quite high right now. If you do open, be sure to do a loooong decant.

December 5, 2015 - nose of dark & red ripe berries, black cherries, plum, coffee & fennel
medium body, balanced fruit, medium tannin, light acidity, cinnamon & clove finish which leaves long bitter aftertaste
tannin could mellow out a bit in the cellar
    average Médoc

September 2, 2014 - Footnote..I love Medoc so I am biased. This wine really came around as the evening progressed. Was a little bitter initially, but settled in. Wonderful minerality and balance..AND sense of place. True to it's terroir.

September 1, 2014 - This has improved with time in the bottle. It features very good acid, light tannins, and pleasant minerality. A typical Bordeaux for the vintage, light, sleek, and juicy. Several years of life ahead of this but very enjoyable now.

April 7, 2013 - Similar to previous notes: it needs extended decanting to soften the oak and show more plummy cedary fruit.
