May 26, 2018 - Another nice bottle. Enjoyed at at great restaurant in Century City (Los Angeles), Hinoki & the bird.

November 25, 2017 - A flashy Burgnundy with plenty of ripe berry and cherry fruit but it also has aromas of violets and hints of earth. Not much funk to be found. Drink or hold.

July 8, 2017 - Beautiful youthful looking medium ruby color. Discrete first nose of earth and forest floor aromas but as soon as you give it a swirl, cassis, cherry and violets aromas are jumping out of the glass! Palate is delicious with lots of fruit and as the wine evolve in the glass the mushroom and bayleave flavours become more pleasantly present. Tannins are soft, perfect acidity and alcohol well integrated. No sediment at all in this wine so I didn't decant and feel it was the right thing to do to preserve the beautiful fruit aromas until the last sip. Beautiful Pommard!

October 9, 2015 - Dark garnet, dark for a burgundy. Wonderful nose, with lots of red and dark fruit, sone earth, even a bit of barnyard. Balanced and complex palate, with some flint and minerals mixed in with lots of cherries. Long, pleasant finish. No one guessed this as a Pommard. Last bottle, would love to get more.

March 31, 2015 - Dark red, the colour was round and beautiful, not inky like some 09s I've had. Lovely nose of dark violets, blackcurrants and rose petals, with a touch of iron and nail polish. Palate was enjoyable. Decent structure, lots of ripe and fresh red fruits, flowers and chocolate. Not overripe or extracted, good balance with nice acidity and minerals. Very well made village.
